How To Transfer A Call?

There are two methods to transfer a call between extensions, Blind Transfer and Assisted Transfer.

Blind Transfer:
==============

This option transfers the call without notifying the user. 

Steps for a Blind Transfer:

1-Call is received at extension 100 and requests transfer to 222.
2-Press the transfer button on the phone,dial extension 222, press the transfer button again.

At this point, the call will now ring extension 222 and extension 100 may hangup.

Assisted Transfer:
==================

This option transfers the call after notifying the user

Steps for an Assisted Transfer:

1-Call is received at extension 100 and requests transfer to 222.
2-Press the transfer button on the phone, dial extension 222. 
3-Extension 222 answers. Explain the transfer request. 
4-If extension 222 accepts the transfer, press the transfer button and the call is then transferred.
5-If extension 222 rejects the transfer, press the cancel button and the call resumes on extension 100.
