In the course of troubleshooting Yealink phones it is sometimes necessary to provide the support team with the IP address of a phone. Follow the directions below to find the IP address.
Press the Menu softkey on the phone in question.
Highlight the Status menu option and press the Enter soft key or physical OK key.
The top line of the status screen should begin with IPv4 and be followed by a series of four numbers separated by decimal points. This is known as an IP address and is what is needed by support.
If the IPv4 line is blank, it means that the phone does not have an IP address and the support team will need to know this.
