In the event that a user encounters issues with TIPS Mobile, log files can be submitted to the support team from inside the application.
TIPS Mobile iOS
1. With TIPS Mobile open, select the three-line "hamburger" menu button from the bottom right, then select "About".
2. Press "Submit Feedback"
3. Add any notes to the body of the email that may be relevant (such as a brief description of the problem encountered) and click the SEND arrow to submit the log files to the phone support team.
4. Please be sure to follow up the sending of logs with a call or email to your telephone support representative detailing the problems experienced, or contact TIPS directly.
TIPS Mobile Android
1. With TIPS Mobile open, select the three-line "hamburger" menu icon in the bottom right, then select "About".
2. Select "Submit Log File" from the following screen.
3. Enter any relevant details of the problem in the blank or simply enter the username used to log into TIPS Mobile and then click "SEND".
4. Select your preferred email client from the list that appears. In this example, Gmail is used.*
5. Select the account you wish to send the log files from and then click "Send".
