Turning on SIP Logging in TrueTalk+ Mobile
SIP Logging
To aid in troubleshooting the TrueTalk+ mobile app, please follow these steps to turn on SIP logging. These logs can be sent the next time the issue occurs. The logs will help us diagnose the issue.
Turning on SIP Logging
Step 1: From the Keypad, select the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select Preferences.
Step 3: Slide the Log SIP traffic slider to the right to turn it on.
SIP Logging is now on. Proceed to the next set of steps once the issue happens again while SIP Logging is on.
Sending SIP Logs
Step 1: From the Keypad, select the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Select SIP Log from the Troubleshooting section.
Step 3: On the SIP Log screen, select Share.
Step 4: Select Other from the popup menu.
Step 5: Choose your method of sending the logs to us. You can either email it from your device to support@trueipsolutions.com, copy the document and email it from another application, or save to files and email it from another machine.
Step 6: Add your ticket number, name, organization, and a short description of what you were trying to do when this happened.
